Extracting calibration data when the nozzle gouges the print sheet or heated bed

For users with firmware version lower than 1.7.If you encounter the event that the leveling fails or the printing fails, please do not rush into a new leveling process. Please do as follows to get the levelling data in your PC which is greatly helpful to solve this problem.

Please connect your machine with the PC via the provided USB cable and then launch Snapmaker Luban. Open the console in it and enter command “M420 V” to extract the levelling data. You can record it by making some screenshots and send that to Snapmaker Team by contacting support@snapmaker.com
