I just got mine and “new” dual extruders come with build-in “solution” for this issue. Glued-in rober plug. [20230415_205645] Maybe I should remove it and replace w PLA printed one? PS: There are audible clicks when extruded is jammed but gear hatch do not unlock.

Yes, i printed the wedge with 10%+Z and then removed this rubberplates. Now it simply works.
