I have a question! I’m the 111th backer of the “Early Bird” U1 x 1 offer. I understand my U1 will ship in October. How does the $30 deposit I paid on August 1st affect delivery time? When I paid the deposit, Snapmaker stated that my Kickstarter order would be prioritized.
I think you misunderstood, there is no priority for deposit backers, I think.

For deposit backers, your purchase email will be used as proof for the $100 cashback. No further action is required, as long as the email used for the deposit is the same as the one used for your Kickstarter pledge.
If the emails do not match, please send an email from your deposit purchase address to info@snapmaker.com, and include the email linked to your Kickstarter account. Our customer service team will verify your information and update your deposit email to ensure you receive the $100 cashback after your U1 ships.

I also recall the $30 deposit provided “Prioritized Shipment,” and that is still there in the FAQ. @wlodeka is right though, they’ve never really clarified what that means.
I guess it means of the very early bird backers (first batch), they’ll tag anyone who had the $30 deposit’s for shipping first. But I’m completely making that up.

Hi all! Deposit does not change the delivery time for your pledge tier, but it does give you priority within the same batch. This means that among Early Bird backers, those who placed a deposit will have their orders shipped before those who did not.

I ordered the .2mm and .6mm addons with my early bird backer rewards. Will the printer still ship to me on the early bird schedule and then the add on nozzles not available right away ship later? I don’t want my printer to be delayed shipping due to my addon nozzles selected.

I remembered only the information about the different pledge tiers are not shipped earlier if deposited..
