Hello, I put down the deposit a couple weeks ago. Not sure what to do at this point. I didnt receive an email with directions for how to proceed now that the kickstarter is active

You go to the snapmaker U1 kickstarter and then click the large โ€œBack this Projectโ€ button, itโ€™s green.

Then you can select which option youโ€™d like. Depending on availability of slots, you can choose one that ships earlier or later.
then you will have options for additional items you may want, such as hardened steel nozzles or spare build plates.

Then you continue to payment. After the kickstarter has run its course , you will receive a survey to ask for your address to send the printer to.

Will this make it $675 or whatever it was for early backers? Thatโ€™s the part thatโ€™s confusing. Im only seeing the $799

That gets me down to $770. Still not sure how to get to the $675.

This is what it said after I paid the $30

โ€œWeโ€™ll keep you in the loop. As soon as the project goes live, youโ€™ll be the first to know โ€” no need to worry about missing any key updates or launch-day pricing.โ€

But then I never received an email saying it was live. If I missed out, Because of no email, I wonโ€™t be buying one. And I want my $30 back

You obtain $100 cashback after shipping. Thus, the correct calculation is:

  • $30 deposit for early access,
  • $749 (or $799, based on your pledge)
  • it is $779 ($829)
  • -$100 cashback (after shipping)

Then, it is $679 ($729) for the printer.

Shipping costs and other accessories excluded.
