I have a coupon code for a free pack of mdf sheets for my A350 but when I add them to my order for the new 10w laser the system tells me the coupon is not valid for the items in my basket. I have tried adding other items but it doesn’t help.
Is this one of those discounts like my local greengrocer? - Half price for all pensioners, must be accompanied by their grandparents.
Have you tried just ordering the MDF sheets then use the code? It may be that the coupon fails when used with other products OR it has expired! Perhaps contact support as they may be able to help.
Contact the store support and they will help you. I had the same thing happen and it got sorted out.
