CNC Module Vibartion and Give

Hi guys,

So I’ve been diving into the CNC world lately.
i was trying to get my feeds and speeds right on a couple of test runs.
the 2nd run i had to shut down because vibration was crazy, popped one of the 4 screws holding the module…
the 4th run i had to shut down because the vibration was heard through the house when i was 10 mm deep in a groove cut - when it passed through the corners it just didn’t sound right.

now i’m afraid that i messed the machine up, because i can’t tell if the module always gave that much free movement, or is it because i did some damage to it.

What do u say?

I have the same issue. Waiting on Snapmaker support to see what can be done to correct the issue.
