Artisan start G-code suggestion

Please extend the length of the initial prime lines. The current amount is not sufficient for the dual extrusion module to get filament out of the nozzle. I have modified the lines to go 10mm short of halfway across the bed (190mm on the Artisan) and then travel back to the start, offset by 0.5mm.
