Where can I find an “all metal” heatbreak for my Artisan? I need it for pressure temperatures above 230’C so that the Teflon tube does not cause any problems in the current heatbreak.

The Dual Extrusion module hot-ends are all metal. The Teflon tube is only in the cool end of the filament path.
Ah, I understand. 
And if I need a new heatbreak, I have to buy a new hotend module, right? 
Where can I get thermal paste for the heatbreak? (I already had it half apart)
