I’m having problems printing letters because they are not made complete solid. I’m using cura to made the gcode.
Can you help me or give me an advice to improve in almost everything.
PD: ignore the painting i know is bad
I’m assuming the model has the letters solid and flush. What infill are you using? The slicer will start the interior wall of the coin surface lower than it’ll start the interior wall of the letters (because they’re raised). If the infill is low, it might be having trouble getting the letters started, causing them to sag. Although they’re small enough that they should be able to bridge without really needing the infill.
After generating the GCode, run the layer slider up to were the letters start to print. After clicking on the slider, you can use the up and down arrow keys to go up and down a layer. Look at the layer below to see if anything looks like it’ll be unsupported. Look at the top layer to make sure the Slicer is actually printing a surface, and not just an outline.
If you upload the model, I can slice it and look over things.
