I got a link from Helpdesk and downloaded the software 3.3.3 but it did not run. so I switched back to 3.15.0 and then back to 3.15.1 (printing worked before and I had major issues after I updated automatically).
which machine settings to you mean? the one from the picture? I did that but there is always this error that it does not recognise the device.
I managed to print today after all, but it was very dark. so I have to figure out want went different from last time. thought it would be easier…
