I just turned the snapmaker on from the power supply and there was a loud pop and followed by a lot of smoke from the 3d print module. I assume the module is fried, but I’m a little hesitant to try turning it on again with the cnc or laser in case there is a bigger problem. Everything was working fine earlier today.
Yikes! that shouldn’t happen!
Sorry for the problem you ran into.
According to your description, it seems that you have plugged the tool-head cable incorrectly.
Please contact support@snapmaker.com for further help. You can send them some pictures and check if the circuit board is burnt.

I sent an email to support. I was printing earlier in the day so I think the cable was in correctly. Will opening the module to check the board void the warranty?
Contact support@snapmaker.com and my colleague will give you some instructions,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
