200W CNC: What is the bag of M4 x 10 screws for?

Hi folks,

coming back from my vacation, I had the 200W CNC plus bracing kit sitting on my doorstep  Just installed it, works nice and easy.

Only question: In the 200W CNC box there was a bag with 16 M4x10 screws - it is mentioned nowhere in the quick start guide, and also the shop page does not list it in the “what’s in the box” section. So it sits here untouched, and I’m at a loss.

Anyone knows what they are supposed for, or if I just got a free gift?

Btw.: Checked the Artisan Quick start guides to see if they are used there, but also there no reference to it (admittedly: Only a cursory glance).

Hi @Hauke

Could you please help us by taking a photo of this bag of screws for confirmation? Thank you so much!

Mine also came with a bag of M4x10 screws. I figured they were simply meant to screw the wasteboard to the build plate. In hindsight it’s a indeed bit strange as you should obviously already have a wasteboard and the corresponding screws.

Here you are:

My thoughts were the same that @Mayco had - thanks anyhow, you can never have enough screws

Hi @Hauke @Mayco

Thank you for your feedback. The M4 x 10 screws are used to secure the CNC engraving platform for the F250/F350 machines. The Wiki has been updated accordingly, and we will also update it in the store soon.
