Anyone tried to remove rust on metallic objects with the 10W laser? is it possible?
I haven’t tried it, but i think normally you’ll use laser with 100x or 200x the power and a different laser technology (other wave length). Further more the Snapmaker is pretty slow (think about moving a 0,05x0,2mm dot across a complete surface area) - laser systems for that purpose are using mirrors to move the dot really fast … no way doing that with a high mass object
