I can’t find the original dragon that was my first print on the U1. Is there a link or how can I retrieve it?

I am looking for the original dragon that came preloaded on my U1. I want to reprint it, and can’t find it. Thank you.
I don’t believe that this link (which I saw prior to posting my question) is to the original dragon on my U1.
Ok, I’m not sure why you think that, but many people have found that to be the Designer and Model. Good luck in your search!
You are correct, and I was unclear. Pardon me as I am relatively new to 3d printing and far from an expert. What I was looking for was that dragon in the original colors, as I am still trying to figure out how to change the colors.
Awesome! It’s a great Community here on the Forum so please don’t hesitate to reach out with “noob” questions…
Every one of us has been there!!!
We’re excited to have another person experience their first 3D Printer ![]()

Are you trying to print from Snapmaker Orca, Orca, or the U1 screen? Post what you’re trying to do and where you are stuck and we’ll get ya sorted out!
Thank you very much. I am using snapmaker orca, although the first time I printed this was from the U1 screen I believe.
This has been a great forum for everyone who wants to learn more about how to use the U1. I am not a noob, but for the last two years I have mostly been in the Bambu ecosystem and there are things I have been learning with the U1.
I opened this link and downloaded the model zip file and extracted it into a folder.
In Orca slicer I clicked on File→Import→Import 3mf and selected the file “Baby Dragon Multicolor FF BS A1 Mini.3mf” (This was another tip I found in the forum - Easy way to print Makerworld colored files on Snapmaker U1 - #13 by Romonaga)
This will import the file and the painting, but not load the printer and colour information from the model. Then change the filament choices on the left side for the model to the ones you would like to use. You can also use the paint tool to change any of the colours, like doing rainbow toenails on the dragon. Select the model you would like to paint and press “n” as the shortcut to the paint tool. I find the fill tool (Paint Bucket) works best for all the parts of the model (Horns, Spikes, Nails, Belly, Eyes) other than the scales all over the body.
Awesome! Great that you not only linked the tip on importing but also took the time to explain the process ![]()
