Hi i got a difficult problem. My Toolchanger hits during the changingprozess the Toolheads. For example Change Toolhead from 1 the 4. The Changer hits 2 and 3 and pulls out the toolheads from their remaining position.
Do everyone got this problem allready? And how can i fix it or calibrate it that the Changer travels not that near next to the toolheads?

How long do you own the printer ? i.e. did you install/setup the printer very recently ?
Hi, i guess i solved the problem. For now. I own tje printer since Januar 26. Like this machine. But its not a selfrunning System.
Made ca completly new calibration incl. Homeing etc.
Never heard of this happening without some change by the user such as a firmware update or using the paxx upgrade firmware, etc. without doing a full calibration and homing process. Or if somebody took off parts of the machine and put them back without doing a calibration. It is a very smart machine but you it needs to know where all of the zeros are for the moving head and bed and each toolhead too. Makes notes if it happens again of what was done just prior to the problem, including the file you were using and where it came from…you usually cannot “open” a 3mf you find online and need to “import” it instead too. More details in the future will be very helpful. Regards.
