Try using a damping block under the machine, which is a trick used with speakers. Easiest one is made from a paver block (preferably 24 x 24) on top of an EVA floor mat or 2 ($7-8 for 4 at Harbor Freight). This is what I use and I get significant noise reduction. Also, the enclosure will reduce noise and help with dust and fumes.
