Fix this.
Are you constantly running into this error? Would LAN mode maintain a stable connection?
How about the current firmware version of U1 and the version of Snapmaker?
Have you tried the troubleshooting guide here:

Just wonder. Any chance for a respectful message. Just “fix this” ?
Some people don’t deserve to be helped?
It’s a well known issue. I searched before coming to this shark tank. Snapmaker knows about it. 10-15 minutes of inability to communicate with printer. Then it works randomly.
If you think this forum is a “shark tank” then I heavily suggest you avoid the discord group at all costs! ![]()
Manners cost nothing, especially when you’d like others to help you - If you are looking for direct communication with SM then you need to submit a support ticket as this forum is run by the community support team and other users.
Before joining the 3D printing industry, I worked for a router company for a few years. In my experience, 2.4 GHz network instability is incredibly common in home setups now, especially with the growing number of IoT devices and security cameras that crowd the already narrow 2.4 GHz frequency. It’s often difficult to say whether the problem is caused solely by the router or by the end devices themselves. As U1 is also 2.4Ghz WiFi only, it might get into the same dilemma.
Back the issue here, if the disconnection happens with a consistent pattern or under specific conditions, our technical engineers would be very keen to work with you to help troubleshoot and pinpoint the root cause. Any extra details you can share about when and how it occurs would be greatly appreciated.
