U1 Network connection issues

I recently purchased The U1 and I’ve had issues getting it to bind over my network.

On the touchscreen when I attempt to create the PIN or QR code, it is forever stuck on “Verifying device”. The cloud in the top right is grey, so I assume it is having cloud connection issues. The Wi-Fi signal is very strong where the printer.

Things I’ve tried

  • LAN mode
  • Latest firmware
  • Phone hotspot
  • Maximum compatibility mode
  • Restart printer, restart router
  • Factory reset

I can connect to the web interface and upload sliced 3mf files from there, but I would like to remotely monitor my prints.
