Hi guys,
during replacing a broken fan in my enclose, I made a shortcut on the fan wires (gnd to 24V) and therefore a transitor blow up. All other units (light, door controll) are still working so I assume, that this is the only defect.
I would give repairing a change, if I would know, what kind of SOT23 transistor I would need to use. Can anybody support me there?

Probably not useful to you anymore, but my enclosure exhaust fan stopped working and have traced it back to one of the mosfet transistors, they are labeled 0102 and supply the 24v to the fan. I’ve sourced a replacement from aliexpress, AO3400A. Once it’s arrived and I’ve installed it, I’ll update this thread in case it’s useful to anyone else.
