The Laser Power is listed at 1.6W. It is not clear however if the laser “consumes” 1.6W or if the power of the laser beam is 1.6W.
Power-rating for lasers are normaly output-ratings. So i think and hope snapmaker is acting on that rule.
Yeah normally, but when you buy laser diodes on Ebay or AliExpress they usually list the power draw of the laser. Thats why these lasers are so cheap.
