Possibility connect air assist to CAN HUB

Much people have the can hub for the emergency stop outside the enclosure. The air assist pump is outside the enclosure too… Why isn’t possible to connect the air assist to the hub. Much easier then every time switching with the heated bed inside the enclosure.

A board with 1 or 3 open collector and 1 open collector PWM output (opto coupler?) or all PWM 255 is full on. Then we can switch multiple things like air valve, extraction, emergency light, …

I guess it needs the power which the add on cants serve.
But in the comments snapmaker said it is possible to connect to can hub:

Haven’t got the pump so I can’t test or even know the connector…

I have multiple test it. The pump start at connection and isn’t to control with the marlin commands. I guess the can hub uses another can bus and isn’t an extension from the steering bus.

What does support say to this?

I have ask it. Now waiting for response.

The answer from support (Alice).

Currently the air assist pump needs to be connected to the heated bed interface

Second answer from support (Alice).

I have confirmed again that the air assist pump can be connected to the CAN Hub, but the air assist pump will always remain on and cannot be controlled to turn on and off
