Luban CNC image processing bug-fuzzy lines after processing?

Being new to CNC, I am experimenting with CNC by building a wood clock. I got dxf plans that I used LibreCAD to chunk into small enough size to fit in the SM2 A350. This worked a few times. Unfortunately, I have run into a recurrent processing problem. When I move the dxf file into Luban and sized the parts the lines were all sharp. After processing the lines got all fuzzy. This happened multiple times with the previous version and the 3.13.1 update that came today.

Help!

It’s showing you the tool path. So it’s showing multiple passes.
With cnc you can always set the z for the work origin well above your work piece and then try running it to see what it does in the air to check at first. You can also use camotics or ncviewer.com to check the tool path.

I loaded a file today after i updated to the latest alpha version. and i noticed the same thing. it looks perfect of the left side but fuzzy and uneven on the right

As I said before it’s a representation of the tool path.

In case you arent understanding SDJ544’s post. What you are seeing are the toolpaths stacked ontop of each other, for example if you have a step down of 0.5mm and cutting a 5mm piece, there will be 10 lines spaced 0.5mm apart from each other in the Z axis.

Try panning your view in luban and you will see what we mean. This is normal, the left side of the gear in the top right of your image looks normal because of the view being positioned directly above it.

Thank you sdj544 for the link to ncviewer.com and C. Harris. The fuzzy appearance is an artifact of the way the toolpaths are displayed and I had not thought to pan the view in Luban.
