I’ve been having the same problem for about a month now and support has been no help and everyone on threads seem to be as helpless as I am. This problem starting seemingly out of nowhere when I was getting perfect greyscale prints every time. Now this issue still hasn’t been fixed/ I haven’t found a fix and now the camera capture doesn’t capture right. Worse machine ever. Extremely disappoint and so much for working from some
