Levelling the Bed for CNC Carving and Laser Engraving

Can anyone comment on the need to level the bed each time you change Snapmaker modules/functions from 3-D Printing to CNC and /or Laser ?

Support for CNC bed calibration needs to be added to the firmware. The lack thereof is very detrimental to PCB milling where you’re dealing with a very thin layer of copper. As for 3D printing bed calibration, it should be done every time you put the bed back on due to the softness of the mount points.

Thanks Alan very much. I presume there is a place to post this in the forum. (I noticed you already suggested calibration in the frimware section.)
