J1 grinding noise and filiment fails to load

So I have some bronze shiny filiment, when I print it will print normally for the first 20 minutes, then I get a grinding noise and the filiment fails to load

If I just press resume, it will load and print again, but the. It will continue to do the same thing every 15 or so minutes

If I change out to my white filiment it appears to print fine.

I changed out the filiment to a different make of filiment but same thing… How can I solve this?

Reducing the retraction distance maybe?

I face to the same kind of trouble. I think this is heat creep. There are topics under discussion for heat creep as follows;

I hope you to check it.
I got very useful information, but it’s tough to solve issue…

Might be heat creep as that seems to be a J1 thing.

But it also might be a couple other things.
Printing too close. Blocks the nozzle just like putting your thumb over a garden hose.

Too low nozzle temp. - not getting good flow.

Filament not feeding properly. Friction along the path of feed or tangles in the spool.

Some of the metallic filaments can act strangely. I know some people will print with a slightly over-sized nozzle (like a .06 instead of a .04) while not changing setting in slicer.
