Hi @Zoe , the only thing I could contribute is that I did the hotend modifications @Mechanikus and his two combattants have developed at day 1 before printing anything. I have never had any clogging at all.

I had already filled out the survey by the time you posted this. Got my e-mail this morning with the offer for the free upgraded hot ends. Thanks. I look forward to receiving them. I haven’t been using the printer recently because the clogging was so bad, so I’m hoping this resolves the issue.
