Files will not scale correctly into laser cutter

I have been using inventor to create models of items i would like to cut out of thin sheets of wood. I create an inventor .idw, and then export/save as a bunch of other file types (.dxf, .bmp, etc.). However, regardless what file type I try, i have the same issue, the scale. It always comes in smaller than it needs to be, but its not simply milimeters to inches. I seriously cant figure it out. Unfortunately I need these pieces to be cut exact, as I have holes that must line up with holes on 3d printed parts. Please Help!

Thanks,

Zach

Known bug.
Type in the dimensions of your file and you should be fine.

Ok, so I would have to put each file on a separate sheet, and drop each one into Luban via .dxf file. From there I would type my overall height and width (x&y) for each part? If I were to put a dimension on my part, is there any extra that I need to add for the window that populates around them? This isn’t as simple as it should be. Is there any plans on fixing this bug? Because this is ridiculous. Something that should be so simple is now a severe pain in my a$$.
