Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t find much information online about cutting fabric with a laser. After some experimentation, I found out that the same settings used for cutting paper worked perfectly for cotton fabric. I’ve been learning quilting and was able to make perfect squares and rectangles.
Of course, every fabric is different and needs some testing. What worked with all my samples was:
Jog speed: 3000 mm/min
Work Speed: 1200 mm/min
Number of passes: 1
Laser Power: 100%
