As can be seen on the picture, the Extruder used second - the orange filament printing one - is remaining at the X position at the end of the purge line and does ooze some filament while being idle, hence the straight line of filament in Y direction.
Worse, the other extruder - printing the white filament - will collide with the orange extruder so that the first layer is deformed.
After the white extruder has finished the orange extruder will print as normal and only then will return to the pad. Subsequent print will be okay, as you can see from the white outline of the part being complete now.
Same does happen with the extruders switched on the other side, so it looks like there is something missing in the start gcode. I am using Prusaslicer with the @McGybeer profiles and would like to get a hint where that initial movement of the idle extruder may fit.
