I had a similar experience with my A350 after going through several print heads; one does not return from the home position, and another one the A350 does not recognize it. The double heads started well, but after a while, the quality of the prints went down the drain. I have addressed the problems through proper troubleshooting. I reached the point where I wanted proper printing without much hassle, so I called it quits and bought a Bambulab. However, I decided to use the A350 as a Laser bed and forget about 3D printing with it.
