Everyone who has a problem with the J1 wants a solution as soon as possible, because not everyone prints out of boredom.
I think it is clear to everyone that there are problems at the beginning of a new type of 3D printing.
But Snapmaker should also be interested in making the solutions available as soon as possible, but also communicating this visibly for everyone!
Transparency and willingness to find solutions are important.
This is the only way that the J1 will be a success for us and everyone who will come along.
