If I put the IP address of my printer into the browser, can I view my printers UI?

Also, is there a mobile app for this?

If not, I’ll just use octoprint

For 3D printing I use always octopi on a RPi 4.

I already have octoprint for my ender 3, I’m just going to add an instance
