Can you connect to the J1(s) through orca slicer?

My J1s is supposed to come tomorrow, and I was setting up another octoprint instance for it last night. I like octoprint because I can use the same interface for both my printers, but I want to know if there are any benefits to connecting directly to the printer such as a better interface or less complications, rather than my raspberry pi, which connects to both printers.

I also want to know if I can use both simultaneously, and if I send a print via octoprint, can I manage the print via the proprietary snap maker UI, and or remote UI if it has one.

Last time I tried (and it’s been a while) OctoPrint didn’t handle the dual heads and they would collide. On the same Pi that I was running OctoPrint I installed sm2uploader (GitHub - macdylan/sm2uploader: A command-line tool for send the gcode file to Snapmaker Printers via WiFi connection.) which does a great job sending the gcode to the printer, but you still have to start the print from the printer display. Not a perfect solution but WAY easier than running an USB drive back and forth.
