Disk Full (config and logs)

I wanted to update the printer.cfg file, but I couldn’t get it in write mode. All my config and log files are marked as read-only. I checked the system tab and saw a red line : the disk area for config and log files is full (100 Mb). So I want to tidy up some log files of 10 Mb each (I have 5 versions of Klippy.log), but they are read-only and the right-button menu only provides for edit and download. And as mentionned before, edit doesn’t work.

Can somebody give me some clues how to solve this situation, I am new to Klipper. By the way I cannot access with SSH, I get a connection refusal…

I think you have to enter advanced mode to edit files on the screen by going to Settings > Maintenance > Advanced Mode.

Thank you!

You are correct: this releases the config files. The log files are still locked though. Is there a way to make them eligible for deletion and why do I have up to five generations of klippy.logs?

Normally the logs should clean up automatically.

OK, but the system alerts that there isn’t place free anymore in the area for the cfg and log files. That doesn’t look as a healthy situation to me. What will happen when I edit my config file and write the file back?

To make modifications, it is recommended that you enable advanced mode. Additionally, the machine firmware was just updated today, and it seems the caching content has been optimized. You can update it and then check whether it is relevant.
