Difficult to remove prints

You can just heat up the bed 5-10 degrees higher than what your planning to print at. It will stay close enough during calibration. I’ve found no need to heat the nozzle.

like @sdj544 mentioned, there is no need to heat the nozzle, in fact have the nozzle cold will diminish the chance of serious bed gouging in the unfortunate circumstance that the print head crashes into the bed. and i find that even hot leveling is not really necessary if you calibrate high then use the z offset to get to the proper printing distance once the print is started. though that is just my experience and i seem to be lucky enough to have a relatively level platform.
