Here’s my thread on this similar topic:
For me it has been happening over three different firmware versions and also two different SnOrca versions.
It seems to be the cloud services causing the issue.
Today, as a test, I switched my printer into LAN mode and I haven’t seen any unstable or timeout messages yet, both in SnOrca and in the Android Mobile app.
SnOrca is still very slow to startup for me (even in LAN mode), but at least it’s more stable in LAN Mode.
I still want Snapmaker to fix these issues, because in LAN mode, I can’t remotely monitor my printer!
