Can't use copy mode on Js1

OK, newbie to 3d printing. Just purchased Snapmaker Js1 and went through the calibration fine including printing the two color square test. Now trying to use copy mode on the Js1 touch screen trying to print two pencil cups at once. Get a message when pressing copy mode switching the default printing type to copy mode. The screen indicates cannot use copy or mirror mode for dual extrusion. What am I doing wrong? Using Snapmaker Luban 5.10.
