Hi guys,
did any of you have the problem that the camera gives pure nothing except monochrome images? I have already sent a message to support. Most likely it is just the hardware that is defective. But maybe someone knows something that could help. The cables in the module seem to be connected as far as I could see.
My camera did not work from the beginning. I have tried many different ways. All software used is up to date. But I don’t get a picture from the Kamara. Also notice that the LED does not turn on. But in the settings it is switched to active.
