Try turning the machine off, then unplug the power cord. Plug the power cord back in and turn on. Worked for me, it seems to reboot the machine.

Thank you all for the responses. I tried them but to no avail. So in the end, i change both extruders to 0.8mmm and the calibration was done. Probably, I will change all back to 0.4mm extruder and test again.
