Bed does not move up when doing bwd levelling

Hi. I need some help.
Its my first time encounterinf this ever since i gotte
my J1 in 2021. am trying to do bed levelling but tue bed just doesnt move up to the nozzle height. The bed will stop about half inch below the nozzle and the the hot will move to datum and then to the calibration point. After this, the bes just go down and down amd down until it hits the limit switch. I have tried firmware update and factory reset, but the problem is still there. And now i cant print cos I cant complete calibration after factory reset. I have posted the video on facebook, " Snapmaker J1/J1s owners".

Try turning the machine off, then unplug the power cord. Plug the power cord back in and turn on. Worked for me, it seems to reboot the machine.

Maybe the z-limit switch gets not unactuated?

Thank you all for the responses. I tried them but to no avail. So in the end, i change both extruders to 0.8mmm and the calibration was done. Probably, I will change all back to 0.4mm extruder and test again.
