Sry was a bit busy the last days. Potter was off work for a few days that time. But he just could have said that 
So they searched in the log datas for something to find and they say the calibration has been saved now ich should refer to a few steps via email to reset the touchscreen
Honestly, i’ve had plenty of occasions where they told me they are looking at something and never responded.
I’ve had to come back many times. Actually, when we discovered my controller’s addon port is bad from a test on my controller’s main port, they simply ignored the conversation from that point on.
Oh man that’s annoying! Potter suggested also that my controller is the problem he send me one but it arrived broke and now he sended me another one hopefully that one is ok

Yes its still possible that its the part that causes that issue. Yeah i got the packet and opened it and looked it is ok and turbed it around abd heard some loose parts in it. But I it tried it anyways and the usb was not working and the screenport
@Somnium holy… I’ve never heard of any loose broken innards on the parts before new from factory. We already know their QC is terrible for the controllers, but it could’ve been caused by rough shipping too, even if the box looked undamaged, doesn’t mean it didn’t become a flying object at some point(s).
A rough estimate of the required force to dislodge a properly soldered comonent to the PCB is about the same amount of force to completely destroy it - there’s no way that should pass qa/qc
I suspect it’s actually a very healthy combination of the two. There have been a ton of faulty controllers lately, and I’ve also seen some arcing happenings on the fb group from, you guessed it, the usb port.

Yeah… exactly my thought. Then I saw the video after I requested them to keep the camera focused on the controller while powering on, where they turned on the machine and the usb port sparked and the machine stopped responding. They put the rubber port cover back on it and the machine started working for about a minute lol.

EZ fix: update the environmental requirements and just require 90+% non condensing humidity lmfao. Low humidity environments are no longer valid warranty claims
They were on a certified BackUPS from cyberpower so it wasn’t from dirty power, which causes all sorts of electrical gremlins, so it had to be bad controller. It never failed to spark every time… you could hear the pop lol. Replaced controller and all was right in the world.
If a switching power supply is not properly grounded, as in you bypass the ground pin in the plug, or have a faulty outlet, the ground of the power supply will be sitting at ~60VAC. That is more than enough to cause a spark, and to damage any/all of the electronics connected.
yes, yes…that’s the “talent” joke. Requires special ‘skills’ to design that circuit while omitting all protective devices and making it brittle and susceptible to failure.
No OCP on the wires, no reverse polarity protection, no OV or transient protection, tenuous grounding… Just top to bottom 8/10 sketchy

I dont know but i think it got broke during shipping
So long time no see. After the third controller im sure it dont causes this problem my suggestion was the touchscreen bc all datas are saved ther maybe the error hides in some datas so i should recive it this week hope this helps
