In Snapmaker Orca 2.4, selected parts now display a very bright white glow/outline. I understand the purpose is to make the selected object easier to identify, but the effect is visually distracting, especially when working with small parts, logos, modifiers, and multipart models. I’ve lost the ability to see how parts truly line up to each other.
Please add a Preferences option to disable or reduce the selected-part highlight, such as:
Enable selected-part highlight
Default could remain enabled, but users should have the option to turn it off.
The existing show_outline configuration setting does not disable this effect.
