The Orca thing should already be there. The current version is based on OrcaSlicer 2.3.1 stable build. Of course there’s already a couple fixes in the Nightly build for OS.

I think I need to set something in Fluidd for the camera, which I tried, but I never had any luck getting Fluidd to show me a camera anyway on any printer.
I still can’t find anything abut the timelapse, it looks like I need to install Moonraker, I’d rather not do any custom firmware / installs like that at this time though.
