1. Feature Summary
Please add Polish (pl-PL) as a selectable language for the Snapmaker U1 touchscreen and firmware interface. Snapmaker Orca already supports Polish, but the printer’s built-in screen does not.
2. Why this feature is needed
Users in Poland can prepare prints in Polish on a computer, but must use another language for printer setup, filament loading, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This inconsistency makes the U1 less accessible and increases the risk of misunderstanding important on-screen instructions.
3. Expected outcome
Add “Polski” to the touchscreen language settings, with complete translations of menus, prompts, warnings, errors, and calibration guidance. Please preserve the language choice after firmware updates, consider Polish in the Snapmaker App as well, and let the community know whether a beta translation or estimated release window is possible.
