No, just think it was a part of the filament that was scored so would not feed, after so many failed attempt’s, I also tried putting the Ace Pro 1st on top of my BIQY PopCap, maybe the PTFE are too short now, so I will try lengthening them tomorrow, I will need to do for both Acw Pro’s yes?

Maybe I was doing it wrong all along, not really done many swaps until yesterday and today, so here goes my theory that I had it setup wrong. Multi Head, 2 Ace Pro’s Ace Pro 1 (1st Gen) load length of PTFE to the Toolhead 1720mm, retract was 1650mm, this was the same for the 2nd Ace Pro Ver 2 Now…

I don‘t understand what you changed on your system and whats the exact problem? Tipforms only default setting ist 220deg unload temp for pla. If you need default delete ace.cfg and install over.

Maybe that is what I need to do, one of my first 2 Ace Pro’s died so I returned it, and whilst waiting for the Ace Pro 2 to arrive I changed the settings to HEAD mode and forgot to change the retract when I went to MULTI with the 2nd Ace Pro

Ok, but now that you retract enough, what fails? Firmware flashed?

No now I have sorted the retraction and cut off the end of the one that wouldn’t purge it is working as it should, need to work my retraction lengths better, do I do the retract length same as the swap retract?
