# Sample vase is Solid

Just printed the sample Vase, and it printed solid. I tried again, reviewed the infill and set to 0%, but still shows same 17+hours to print. Any ideas?

Yes, you have to enable spiralize outer contour, that is “vase mode”, under the surface category 🙂

what it does is only prints the outer perimeter of the part

How do I turn on spiralize in Luban?

Loading the model from the samples section will automatically enable spiralize, but

if you hit custom there is a spiralize outer contour settting you can enable if you have a new profile.

It doesn’t always. That’s part of the problem.

I see.

Ill have to go back and book mark my illustration about how to edit profiles for reference then.
