RJ45 port sheared off

Removed the heated bed from the machine to remove a print. During that process, the RJ45 port sheared clean off the heated bed! I’ve experienced this on my first print due to inexperience (learn by breaking), and seen this issue in other posts.

Is the lack of support/minimalist design around the RJ45 port making the overall heated bed fragile?

It’s an electronic part and you always hande with care.
There is no need to remove the heated bed to remove a print - use the spatula.
For me it is easier when the bed is still hot.
