Quality problem on the model surface

I bought the machine a few days ago and am new to Snapmaker. The 3D printer was running smoothly and completed the job. However, when I removed the support material, I found the model surface contacting the support material was not good. I have attached a picture for reference. The model material is Snapmaker PLA black and white breakaway support. The model material is using the default Normal print. The material temperature is using the default setting. Can anyone please suggest how to solve this quality problem?

I can’t see the support surface in the picture but it looks like the support verticals are leaving imprints on the model. You can try increasing the support roof layer number and or the support density. Have you run a temperature calibration on that roll of black filament ?(https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html#temp)

Support interface imprints on the print is an old problem and depends on many variables. It’s present almost >90% of the time.
There are many online videos and tutorials on how to “tweak support settings” that can help you improve on these settings, but keep your expectations in the middle. You might not get rid of them completely.
One other thing you might do is change the orientation of your object so that you don’t need support to print it in the first place. Perhaps print these cone shaped objects in your picture the way they are placed on the picture. The dome up.

Thank you for your advice.
I changed to choose zero gap support. It solved the quality problem.
