Has anyone tried pushing other filaments to the same speeds as the Snapmaker Snapspeed pre-set? I am curious if the SS is that drastically different than other non-speed brands? I’m sure we’re all chasing speed a little to allow for either faster/more prints per hour or increased size and quality afforded by adding walls for strength and infill.
I might give it a go with the Bambu basic and see what happens. If it saves 30 minutes that would be worth trying for a long print.
You are better off running the calibration tests & creating a profile for your machine - I prefer a quiet machine so my profiles are no good as a starting point…
EDIT: I just had a look at my profile and I have it set to 20 mm3/s, I don’t have any SM filament to compare it with though
They’re probably all much the same, but all you need to do is push the temperature up a little and run the volumetric flow calibration (don’t forget to de-rate it by 20%). Easy.

When you run the max flow rate calibration the figure you get is just that, the MAX flowrate - so its considered good practice to minus 20% from that to get a safe working limit… ie if you get a MAX of 20mm3/s then minus 20% would mean setting your profile to 16mm3/s
