Printer module latch missing - SUPPORT

My printer arrived without a functioning printer module. As you can see in the images, the door on the front will not latch. It appears that the latch was missing. Have not had anything other than a robo reply from Support.

Questions:

  1. Could someone share a photo of what the latch should look like?
  2. Suggestions on getting action from Support?

The inside of the latch has a matching shaped piece of metal that slides behind the frame on the right.

Sorry, no ideas on how to get support to respond other than reminding them once a week or so?

@khoguer if you shake it around do you hear any pieces? I forgot it’s screwed together, maybe the screws came off in transit?
